This dude is up on the eave of the building on the northeast corner of
the <b>intersection of Race and Main</b>, in downtown Urbana. The building has
law offices in it now (like most buildings 'cuz it's right next to the
county courthouse) but back in the day, as in the 1800s, it was a 
<b>cigar factory</b>. I kid you not, they made cigars right here in
downtown Urbana.
