Mutant style #1 dandelion. Notice it's hugely tall, the leaves coming out from various places in the long stem, and there are multiple flowers too on the stem, branched out. The leaves have a bit of hair on them and the notches are larger than the lobes so it's almost a center rib with just spikes on it.
